Judge Nap: List of HRC's Potential Crimes Is So Long 'It's Almost Laughable'
[FOX] FBI Director James Comey testified on Capitol Hill today about his agency's investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server.House Judiciary Committee members, including Louie Gohmert, Darrell Issa and Bob Goodlatte, grilled Comey for not recommending any charges and for giving immunity to at least five Clinton aides. On "Fox & Friends," Judge Andrew Napolitano explained that Clinton failed to secure state secrets and the evidence of wrongdoing was "overwhelming." He told Brian Kilmeade that he would have had some very pointed questions for Comey if he were addressing the FBI director at today's hearing. "The evidence of guilt was overwhelming. Why didn’t you present any of it to a grand jury? Why did you just request information from her and from her underlings, rather than use the power of the government to demand it? Why did you overlook obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence, providing material assistance to terrorist organizations, lying to Congress, misleading Congress, theft of government property?"
