Taliban Face Setback in Dasht-e-Archi in Kunduz
 [Tolo News] Amid ongoing battles in Kunduz province, the Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) on Tuesday launched a massive operation against the Taliban ‐ targeting hideouts and safe havens in Dasht-e-Archi district ‐ in a bid to push the Lions of Islam out of the area.Residents in Dasht-e-Archi meanwhile have called on the Afghan government to ensure their security so that the Taliban are no longer able to launch attacks on the district. Security forces battling the Lions of Islam on the frontline have said that the Taliban has also built hideouts in Imam Saheb and Qala Zal districts. Reports indicate that the Taliban fighting in Kunduz use Dasht-e-Archi as a base to plot attacks on other areas.
