Full speech by Phillipine President Duterte announcing separation from US
Evidently he's tired of being treated like shit by the State Department. They look down on inferiors and Duterte has had enough of it. Based on my very limited experience dealing with the State Department overseas, I can't say I disagree with him. He speaks pretty slowly so click the gear icon, select speed, and then 1.5 or 2.
