Dinajpur gang-rape survivor may need surgery
[Dhaka Tribune] One Stop Crisis Centre Coordinator Bilkis Begum yesterday said that doctors from the paediatric and the gynaecology departments of the hospital would visit the girl this morning, reports our DMCH correspondent.A representative from the Prime Minister’s Office, hospital Director Brig Gen Mizanur Rahman and doctors from neurosurgery, paediatric surgery, paediatric and gynaecology departments visited the girl after she was brought to the hospital early yesterday. Bilkis said that they had conducted forensic tests of the girl and were assessing the infection level.
