Arafat losing mental faculties - aides
 Yasser Arafat's closest aides said Saturday the long-time Palestinian leader has lost control of his mental faculties and cannot communicate clearly. The aides, who spokes to CNN on condition of anonymity, said Arafat's deteriorating condition means his reign as chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization has ended.
