Turkish-backed rebels recapture Qabasin town in northern Aleppo

Following up on humongous gains during operation 'Euphrates Shield' in the northern Aleppo countryside, the FSA stormed Qabasin with infantry and technicals while the TAF provided tank support and aeriael bombardment against ISIS Prior to retreating from Qabasin, ISIS fighters destroyed a rebel BMP and rigged the town with five improvised explosives, injuring many FSA If rebel forces can keep control of the town this time around, it will allow for a pincer movement around al-Bab, a nearby Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference.
