Constable killed in Mastung grenade attack
[DAWN] KHUZDAR: A police constable was killed and another injured late on Thursday when a checkpost came under a grenade attack in Mastung, some 50km off Quetta, police said.Two faceless myrmidons on a cycle of violence hurled the grenade into the police checkpost near the Bakra Mandi area of Mastung and fled. The grenade went off, hitting the personnel. "As result of the kaboom one constable was killed and another sustained serious injuries," they said. Law enforcement agencies personnel shifted the dear departed and the injured to Mastung Civil Hospital. "Constable Abdul Mutlib was struck down in his prime while Shahnwaz was maimed.
