Noble Savages Charged With Hate Crime for Chicago FB Live Torture Video
[Free Beacon] Four people were charged Thursday with a hate crime in Chicago in connection with a live-stream video that allegedly showed them torturing and assaulting a teenager with special needs.The four African-American individuals also face a slew of other charges relating to the incident, according to ABC 7 News in Chicago. Jordan Hill, 18, of Carpentersville; Tesfaye Cooper, 18, of Chicago; Brittany Covington, 18, of Chicago; and Tanishia Covington, 24, of Chicago were each charged with aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and residential burglary. Hill was also charged with robbery and possession of a stolen motor vehicle. The video shows the victim, who police said has mental disabilities, was forced to drink toilet water, slashed, beaten, and yelled at.
