US Congress certifies Trump's Nov. 8 victory
 [AA.TR] A joint session of Congress on Friday certified Electoral College returns, cementing Donald Trump...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... as the country’s president-elect. The proceedings were largely symbolic. Trump had received well more than the 270 Electoral College votes needed to secure the office when electors met last month in their state capitals. Some Democrats, however, objected to the proceedings Friday, but were denied action by Vice President  Joe Foreign Policy Whiz KidBiden The former Senator-for-Life from Delaware, an example of the kind of top-notch Washington intellect to be found in the World's Greatest Deliberative Body... who oversaw the session as President of the Senate. "It's over," he said as Democrats pointed to long lines at polling stations, and alleged Russian interference in this presidential election. The final tally put Trump at 304 Electoral College votes. His challenger,  Hillary Clinton... former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, sometimes described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world,usually described by the rest of us as a crook... , received 227.
