Palmyra Front: Pro-Government Counter-Offensive
[ALMASDARNEWS] A large scale pro-government counter-offensive on the Palmyra Front appears to be taking place. The end-goal of this offensive is undoubtedly the re-capture of the ancient city of Palmyra and its surrounding oil and gas fields by the Syrian government from ISIS terrorists.Some of the most high-quality formations of the Syrian Arab Army's order of battle have been identified as taking part in the offensive.
