[ABC.NET.AU] When Donald Trump...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... arrived at the inaugural luncheon following his swearing-in as US President, he immediately shook hands with his election rival  Hillary Clinton... former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, sometimes described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world,usually described by the rest of us as a crook... , who was sitting with members of his family. "There is something that I wanted to say," he told those who had gathered. "I was very honoured -- very, very honoured -- when I heard that President Bill Clinton ...former Democratic president of the U.S. Bill was the second U.S. president to be impeached, the first to deny that oral sex was sex, the first to have difficulty with the definition of is... and Secretary Hillary Clinton was coming today.
