Trump on Mex visit: 'Such a meeting would be fruitless, and I want to go a different route'

- Pena Nieto did not say one way or another in a national address Wednesday
- But he clearly stated: 'Mexico will not pay for any wall'
- Trump said Thursday that Pena Nieto shouldn't come to the White House for talks on Jan. 31 if Mexico won't cough up the cash
- And he renewed his assault on the North American Free Trade Agreement
- Pena Nieto said later on Twitter: 'This morning we informed the White House that I will not attend the work meeting planned for next Tuesday with the POTUS'
