 24 ISIS operatives die trying to sneak into Mosul Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) A Counter-Terrorism Officer announced on Tuesday, that 24 members of the Islamic State, including two elite leaders, were killed, after sneaking into eastern Mosul. Major Ali Mohsen said in a press statement, “Security forces killed 24 members of the Islamic State, including two senior leaders, after sneaking into al-Maliyah area, in eastern Mosul.” “The security forces emphasized the importance of reporting any suspicious movements in the area, to prevent the sneaking of the Islamic State’s members into the liberated areas,” Mohsen added.
