It's On!: Operation Phantom Fury
I wonder if the name is suggestive of the approach to the battle. I have heard numerous reports that most of the really bad guys have fled to smaller towns around Fallujah. Perhaps the Phantom Fury will be directed at Fallujah while the actual fury is delivered where it's needed most.
