IS attacks village in Baiji, kills 5 civilians
[Iraq News] A security source declared that a number of non-combatants were killed by attacks launched by members of the Islamic State...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. The source said that a number of the Islamic State’s members sneaked into al-Mazraa village in Baiji District, at dawn today, and killed four members of one family. "Another IS bad boy, who was wearing an boom belt, blew up himself on a civilian, while security forces imposed a curfew in the village until further notice," the source added on condition of anonymity. The source also revealed that Iraqi security forces cordoned off the village, to search for the Islamic State’s bad boys. Noteworthy, security forces liberated Baiji District, which includes the biggest oil refinery in Iraq and Middle East, from the Islamic State’s control in mid-October 2015.
