Explosives seized in AJK
[DAWN] MUZAFFARABAD: Around 80 kilograms of explosive material was seized by police during a raid in Bagh district of Azad Jammu and Kashmire on Saturday.The raid was conducted on a tip-off on a rented house in Nomanpura village where three persons, belonging to Malakand Agency in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa ... formerly NWFP, still Terrorism Central... , were residing, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Bagh Kamran Ali told Dawn. The SSP said 52 kilograms of kaboom was in "ready condition" while the rest was in raw form. "As of now, it’s premature to confirm whether the haul was stashed for any terrorist activity. The exact situation will become clarify once the investigation is complete," he said.
