The source said, "Security forces managed to foil an attack launched by the Islamic State on an army battalion, west of the city of Rutba (310 km west of Ramadi)." "A number of the Islamic State’s members were killed, and a vehicle belonging to the group was destructed during the attack," the source added on condition of anonymity.
