DOJ Sues to Revoke the Citizenship of Convicted al Qaeda Operative Iyman Faris (A Naturalized Citizen)
 [LAWFAREBLOG] DOJ has just issued a blurb announcing that it is suing to revoke the US citizenship of Iyman Faris, A naturalized citizen originally from Pak Kashmir. who was convicted in 2003 of providing material support to al Qaeda (Faris was an al Qaeda operative working with KSM, and had considered an attempt to take down the Brooklyn Bridge).
