New female AIr Force Academy commandant moving here soon, with her wife
[Colorado Springs Independent] Brig. Gen. Select Kristin Goodwin will be moving to Colorado Springs soon to be installed as the commandant of cadets at the Air Force Academy. And she'll be moving here with her wife and two children.The Academy announced Goodwin's assignment to staff last Thursday, but there has yet to be an announcement of the move to the public. Michelle Johnson's message to staff, provided to the Independent by Mikey Weinstein.
