Hezbollah recovers body of fallen commander killed 2 years ago in Syria’s Idlib
[ALMASDARNEWS] The body of a senior Hezbollah commander who was killed in Syria two years ago has been retrieved as per an agreement between the Syrian government and rebel groups.Jamil al-Faqih, commander of the military operations of Hezbollah in al-Fu’ah and Kafriyah towns (located to the north and northeast of Idlib) was killed fighting jihadi groups in July 2015. An agreement has been recently concluded between the Syrian government and rebel forces in which both sides pledged to release detainees and hand over bodies of killed fighters.
