Blasts at Spin Boldak arms depot
[DAWN] A series of kabooms at an arms depot in Spin Boldak town shook the area across the border in Afghanistan late on Monday night, officials and TV reports said.The kabooms were said to have occurred after suspected murderous Moslems attacked the facility. According to reports, flames could be seen from miles and the blasts were so loud that they were even heard in the border town of Chaman. Talking to Dawn, Akbar Khan, an official in the Spin Boldak administration, said a suicide kaboom at the depot could not be ruled out.
