Russia Kills 2 Suspected of Preparing Attacks: FSB to Agencies
[ENGLISH.ALMANAR.LB] Russia’s FSB security force said Wednesday it had killed two men from Central Asia suspected of preparing to commit attacks during an arrest operation in the Vladimir region east of Moscow."As a result of festivities during attempted detention, two citizens of a Central Asian state were neutralized by FSB officers," the agency said in a statement quoted by Interfax news agency, adding that the men "were in contact with recruiters from an international terrorist organization."
