Mortar shells land at AMISOM base near Somali capital
[SHABELLENEWS] A salvo of mortar rounds have just landed in Arbacow area, located in the outskirts of Somalia’s capital Mogadishu on Tuesday night.The mortars were reported to have hit a military base belonging to Burundian troops serving with the African Union ...a union consisting of 53 African states, most run by dictators of one flavor or another. The only all-African state not in the AU is Morocco. Established in 2002, the AU is the successor to the Organisation of African Unity (OAU), which was even less successful... Mission in Somalia. There was no confirmation of the casualties. A heavy gunfire ha erupted following the barrage, with reports that armed forces of Evil are engaging AMISOM forces in a shootout, as they try to overrun their base, residents said.
