Palestinian teen caught with pipe bombs outside courthouse

The suspect was caught while attempting to pass the checkpoint outside the military court near Nablus, Israel Police spokeswoman Luba Samri said. Border Police and military police became suspicious when he claimed he did not have his identity card with him, she said.
