I do not know if the linked document is authentic, but it makes sense rhat with all the firearms regulations the state of Californa has imposed in the last year, a registration requirement would soon follow. And you know what comes after that: Full bans. Loads. Rantburg's summary for arms and ammunition: Pistol ammunition prices were mostly steady. Rifle ammunition prices were mostly steady. Prices for used pistols were mixed. Prices for used rifles were mixed. The nationwide average price for a used AR-15 pattern semiautomatic has dropped to another historical low at $450. It will be interesting to see just how far down AR-15s go in the current deflationary environment. The newest decline continues the trend begun in March, 2017.
