16 Civilians Dead in Coalition Strikes near Raqqa
[ENGLISH.ALMANAR.LB] At least 16 civilians were killed in bombing raids by the US-led coalition near the ISIL group’s Syrian bastion Raqqa, a monitor said on Wednesday.
