Shmael Heirouche, 40, was sentenced Wednesday in Cork Circuit Criminal Court after pleading guilty to a charge of threatening to kill or cause serious harm, the Irish Independent reported. Heirouche, who is of Moroccan ancestry, was diagnosed as schizophrenic in Holland.
