[Breitbart] The Taliban...the Pashtun equivalent of men... has alleged that it was behind a recent attack carried out by a member of the United States taxpayer-funded Afghan National Defense and Security Force (ANDSF) against American troops in eastern Afghanistan’s Nangarhar The unfortunate Afghan province located adjacent to Mohmand, Kurram, and Khyber Agencies. The capital is Jalalabad. The province was the fief of Younus Khalis after the Soviets departed and one of his sons is the current provincial Taliban commander.
