Pipeline Environmental Review Re-opened, while the oil still flows
US District Judge James Boasberg on Wednesday instructed the US Army Corps of Engineers to conduct a new environmental review of the Dakota Access Pipeline but did not suspend the pipeline's operations.

He ruled that the US Army Corps' review "did not adequately consider the impacts of an oil spill on fishing rights, hunting rights, or environmental justice, or the degree to which the pipeline's effects are likely to be highly controversial."
So now environmental impact statements need to consider whether an action might be highly controversial? Environmental justice? The Progs are gonna *love* that!
