ISIS foils FSA attack in southwest Daraa countryside
 [ALMASDARNEWS] After more than a month of relative calmness, frontlines in southwestern Dara’a countryside bursted with violent firefights as holy warriors of the so-called "Free Syrian Army... the more palatable version of the Syrian insurgency, heavily influenced by the Moslem Brüderbund... " (FSA) launched an assault on Adwan hill controlled by jihadists of Jaish Halid ibn al-Walid group. Clashes were ongoing for several hours ending with FSA fighters complete withdrawal towards starting points. Two FSA holy warriors were reportedly killed as a result of festivities, before their commanders decided to retreat, being unable to break through enemy defenses. Jaish Halid ibn al-Walid is a Dara’a branch of the so-called "Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allaharound with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not reallyMoslems.... ". The group of former Syrian armed opposition holy warriors pledged allegiance to IS in 2015.
