Syrian Army rapidly advances in east Damascus amid militant collapse
[ALMASDARNEWS] The militant forces in the ‘Ayn Tarma Valley and nearby town are in serious trouble, as the Syrian Arab Army’s Republican Guard units rapidly advance through the enemy defenses.On Thursday, the Syrian Arab Army’s 105th Brigade of the Republican Guard resumed their large-scale offensive in ‘Ayn Tarma, capturing more than 90 percent of the ‘Ayn Tarma Valley after a fierce battle with Faylaq Al-Rahman militants. In addition to their advance at the ‘Ayn Tarma Valley, the Syrian Arab Army also captured several sites in the southern part of the town, including the Driving School, Al-Jisr Neighborhood, and a number of nearby buildings.
