Taliban shadow official dies in airstrike in Kunduz
Taliban’s deputy shadow governor for Kunduz Mawlawi Nooruddin was killed along with three other insurgents in an airstrike in Kunduz city on Monday afternoon, police officials confirmed.The airstrike took place in a suburb of Kunduz city after the Afghan Air Force targeted a vehicle Mawlawi Nooruddin was traveling in, the police commander of north-eastern zone of Afghanistan, Khalilullah Zeyaye, said. “Zabihullah Majroh, former Taliban’s district governor for Chahardara district is also among the dead,” Zeyaye said.
