- Also accused of attempted murder of two other US troops in the same ambush
- Moghada, 20, is alleged to have joined the Taliban in Logar province in 2013 and carried out attacks on military convoys in 2013 and 2014
- The only US service member killed during that time in that area was Pfc. Christian Chandler
