Rebels violate ceasefire near Golan Heights
[AlMasdar] Rebel fighters in the southwestern province of Quneitra launched a mortar attack against a governed-held town, thus violating the Russia-US brokered de-escalation zones agreement.According to local sources, the snuffies targeted civilians in the town of Hadar with two mortar shells which maimed several civilians and cause material damage.
