Afghan kop dies in checkpoint attack
At least one person was killed and another wounded after a suicide car bomber detonated his explosives close to a police check post in PD8 of Kabul city on Wednesday afternoon, eyewitness said.The incident happened in the Benihesar area of Kabul city, said an eyewitness. “The man killed in the attack was the suicide bomber in a taxi,” a security source said adding that “one civilian was wounded in the attack.” Security officials have not officially commented on the blast.
