RAB finds blueprint for attack on multi-storey in busted Mirpur den
[Dhaka Tribune] Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) Spokesman Commander Mufti Mahmud Khan said they are now on the lookout for slain Mirpur myrmidon Abdullah’s suspected cohort "Don Bhai"."While talking to us over the phone Abdullah mentioned about ’Don Bhai.’ We are now looking for him," he said while describing the conversation with the myrmidon regarding their surrender. The RAB official said: "We are also trying to collect information about five to six other cohorts of Abdullah." Terming Abdullah a notorious New JMB leader, he said: "He [Abdullah] had built a laboratory in the den to make explosives. We recovered IEDs from the flat. They were made in the den." Earlier, the elite force recovered a blueprint of a multi-storey building from the hideout. The Death Eaters had marked out spots in the blueprint. "We are assuming that the Death Eaters might have had a plan to attack a big establishment," Mufti said. He said: "Abdullah used to work at an electrical store where he made and repaired Instant Power Supply (IPS) units.
