Taliban rejects group’s involvement in explosion near Kabul stadium
[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The Talibs group has rejected the group was involved behind the kaboom near the cricket stadium in Kabul city.The group’s front man Zabiullah Mujahid in a statement said the group has no role in the kabooms in Kabul and Jalalabad cities. The incident near the cricket stadium in Kabul took place at around 3:45 pm local time amid a large gathering of spectators of the domestic cricket league. According to the security officials, at least three people including a security soldier bit the dust in the attack. A security official said the incident took place after a jacket wallah on foot detonated his explosives near the a check post located in the vicinity close to the stadium.
