[AlAhram] Egypt's air force foiled an attempt by "criminal elements'' to illegally enter the country via the western border, the armed forces announced on Thursday.Air forces acting on intelligence reports launched a mission on the Egyptian-Libyan border, targeting and destroying 10 4x4 vehicles carrying weapons, ammunition and smuggled materials.
