Mayadin hammered with 60 airstrikes
Deir Ezzor (Syria News) Local sources informed that unidentified warplanes carried out air strikes, on Monday, on the residential neighborhood in the city of Mayadin, in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, Qasioun News reported.The sources revealed that more than 60 air strikes were carried out on Mayadin city, in less than 3 hours, leaving several civilian casualties. Meanwhile, Russian warplanes carried out another air strikes on the city of Mayadin, in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, in addition to conducting similar air strikes on Bolel Town. In a related news, clashes broke out between the Islamic State militants and Syrian army forces, backed by Iranian militias, in the outskirts of Deir Ezzor Airbase, amid mutual rockets and missiles shelling.
