 [REUTERS] Republican Senator Lindsey Graham introduced a 20-week abortion ban in the Senate that would penalize medical providers who perform or attempt an abortion after 20 weeks of pregnancy.So at 20 weeks it's a people? Would 139 days qualify? If it's twins, does each get 20 weeks for total of 40, or does it run concurrently ? "Penalize med providers who perform or attempt an abortion after 20 weeks."
