Report: 3 arrested in Lebanon for allegedly colluding with Israel

 three Lebanese nationals suspected of collusion with Israel, reported Lebanese paper al-Akhbar.

The three transferred information to the Mossad, the report said, whereas the group's operator was a Lebanese man residing in Israel.

One of the suspects admitted to acting on behalf of the Mossad while he was being interrogated, and electronic equipment and a computer were seized at his home, the newspaper's account concluded.
An Nahar adds:
The security operation, which began with the arrest of two suspects in Burj al-Barajneh and Hadath, was completed Friday evening with the arrest of a third suspect in the town of Deir Qoubel, it added.

According to information, “one of the suspects identified as Abbas S. has confessed to have knowingly assisted the Mossad. Another suspect, a teacher, told interrogators that he was communicating with the Israeli enemy for amusement,” added the daily.
