Premature explosion among the Taliban leaves 13 militants dead, wounded
At least thirteen Taliban insurgents were killed or wounded after an Improvised Explosive Device went off prematurely among the several Taliban insurgents in eastern Laghman province of Afghanistan.According to the officials of the 201st Silab Corps of the Afghan National Army (ANA) forces in the East, the incident took place in Alingar district as the militants were planting an improvised explosive device on a roadside. The officials further added that five insurgents including a commander of the Taliban identified as Mawlavi Qasim were killed and eight others were wounded.
