DOJ demands CNN to be sold (HAHA!) as condition for AT&T, Time Warner deal approval
 [CNBC] - Time Warner shares are down after the DOJ demanded that CNN's parent company be sold as a condition for the AT&T merger.
- Earlier, AT&T's Chief Financial Officer John Stephens the $85 billion deal was "now uncertain."
As soon as AT&T prices have been sufficiently depressed (down .52 yesterday) and the Swamp Denizens have all adjusted their portfolios, the so-called 'condition' will be lifted.
