Arizona: Man fatally shot following assault on Border Patrol agent
[KGUN] A man has been fatally shot after he assaulted a Border Patrol agent.The shooting happened just before noon today in a remote area of the Baboquivari Mountain Range west of Three Points. The agent discharged his service issued sidearm, hitting a man who has assaulted him. The man has since succumbed to his injuries. The man fatally shot was one of several in a group of suspected illegal aliens, according to a media release. Three members of the group are currently in custody, and agents are searching the area for others.
