Two Iraqi police agents wounded in western Mosul blast

(IraqiNews.com) Two Iraqi coppers were maimed when an bomb went off in northwestern Mosul on Tuesday, according to a security source. Shafaw News quoted a source saying that two Federal Police agents were maimed when an IED blast targeted their vehicle in Zummar, northwest of Mosul. He explained that the blast took place as troops were pulling out from some areas they took over in October during a standoff with Kurdistan Region’s Peshmerga forces.
