Bombs dismantled, policeman arrested on bribery charges in Baghdad
Baghdad (Iraqinews.com) ‐ Iraqi troops have defused several bombs while a policeman was tossed in the clink

for receiving a bribe from a detainee in Baghdad Tuesday.
In a statement, a copy of which was obtained by Alghad Press, the Baghdad Operations Command said, "The troops have found a rocket and dismantled several bombs and a booby-trapped house at Tel Tasah and al-Shortan areas north of the Iraqi capital."
No casualties were reported, the statement read.

an Iraqi policeman was arrested at Al Husayniyah district in Baghdad for receiving a bribe from a detainee.
According to Baghdad Today, the officer was apprehended while taking a $1,000 bribe from a prisoner in return for releasing him.
He was referred to the bodies concerned for interrogation.
