 [Wash Times] Pranksters in California with a knack for making highway signs welcomed in the new year with an invitation to "felons, illegals" and members of the MS13 gang.The Golden State’s reputation for undermining federal immigration laws to shield illegal immigrants prompted the creation of a highway sign in 2017 touting Malibu as a sanctuary city for "cheap nannies and gardeners." A new installment mocks Gov. Jerry Brown’s "sanctuary state" legislation, which went into effect Monday. "Official Sanctuary State: Felons, Illegals and MS13 welcome. Democrats Need The Votes!" a sign shared by travelers on social media reads. "OMG! Look at this sign someone put up on the 15 Freeway between LA and Las Vegas!" Twitter user Kambree Kawahine Koa wrote Monday, Fox News reported.
