Acorn? Not buying the "high speed boat" hypothesis. Strakes (?) at rear look like they would interfere with performance? The "X" indicates an airfield. VFR Chart indicates this may have been taken of Pratt and Whitney Private airstrip identified as Class Echo Restricted Airspace R-2936. With a Control Tower. See here.
