Sami files papers for Senate polls with PTI support

Maulana Samiul Haq ...  the Godfather of the Taliban,leader of his own faction of the JUI. Known as Mullah Sandwichfor his habit of having two young boys at a time... filed his nomination papers for the Senate elections here on Wednesday after getting support of the Pakistain Tehrik-e-Insaf ...a political party in Pakistan. PTI was founded by former Pakistani cricket captain and philanthropist Imran Khan. The party's slogan is Justice, Humanity and Self Esteem, each of which is open to widely divergent interpretations.... -backed MPAs. Disgruntled MPAs Abdul Shakoor Khan of the Jamaat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl and Barrister Sultan Mehmood of the Qaumi Watan Party, who recently joined the PTI, became proposer and seconder of the elderly Maulana from Akora Khattak. Maulana Sami submitted his nomination papers to the returning officer at the Election Commission office.
