The Problem With Gun Control

"When my boys turned ten years, I bought them B-B guns." --snip-- "So, let us confront the conundrum. "In Oregon, to hunt big game, you need a Youth License. At age 12. To hunt upland game and waterfowl, youth 13 and younger need to answer HIP validation, and that license is free. "To hunt small game, youth 11 or younger do not need a license."
